i have heard from a energy doctor that you can be healed of arthritis if you are not allergic to peanut butter oil. the process is easy. take the peanut butter oil and massage the areas involved. then have a shower and go about your day maybe keep it on for 5 to 10 minutes, let it soak in.
thats all hope it heals.

How to go to hakala or alpha mind?
basically sit with your spine straight. take a deep breath and focus about an inch below your belly button. then look up 20 to 40 degrees focus on a spot on the wall. then take your focus down to the bottom of the room and then take your focus to the back to the back of the room. all while still focusing on the 20 degree spot on the wall. that is how to go to hakala in hawaiian. huna.

exert from The Uneducated One
Every second, tens and thousands of cells die in the
body and many new cells are born at the same time.
This ratio changes as a person gets older. It takes roughly
three months for the whole body (except the nervous
system) to replace its old cells.
In this way, the subconscious mind rejuvenates the body.
In other words, you get a new body approximately every
three months TO THREE YEARS.
All a person has to do is to be persistent with his or
her willpower for at least three to six months, and
then the new goal would now become the new habit
pattern, and the subconscious would adjust the mind
and body to it accordingly.
This new habit pattern would be programmed into the
cells! That is how it works!
My wife smiled and nodded. We paid for the coffee and
left.

breathing routines.
Okay, So you have had fun with the meditation technique.
here is two breathing routines one in the morning which goes like this. take a long breath in through your nose, filling up your stomach. then exhale really fast with haa!!! do this when still in bed just waking up. it will give you energy for the day.
the second routine is at night before falling asleep. take a short breath in through your nose filling up your stomach. then exhale longer then the inhale. this very much relaxes you.
have fun with it. till next time
peace and blessing to you all.

Mental Meditation
Okay Now this may be easy for some and harder for others. here we go.
1) Lay down.
2) deep breath through your lower stomach 3 to 5 times.
3) then breath through your nose lightly.
4) focus the feeling as in the www.secret.tv of your frontal lobe pulsating.
5) then focus on the top of your head or crown area, feel it pulsating.
6) then focus on the back of your head were your vision memory is kept. feel it pulsating
7) then last but not least focus on the bottom of your brain in the neck area. focus on that part for at least a minute or two, while breathing through your nose lightly.
this will put your into a good meditation for as long as you can hold it. 1/2 an hour to an hour.
give it a try
